Scribblings from the Mitchy Side

I was busy at work today, with the "little project" I've been saddled with. I won't go into details but suffice it to say it involves me, a large box full of six months worth of school's bank paying in slips and a spreadsheet. *twitches gently* Oddly enough, I'm coping well and not being driven to screaming point with it. Yet. Ask me again when I've been doing this for a week, in between other jobs and answering stupid phone calls. :)

I meant to mention a while ago, I cracked a funny that made everyone giggle at work. Last week, the weather was rather damp and there was a downpour during the afternoon of biblical proportions. A few of us were having a quick natter by way of afternoon break and admiring the rain through the big windows, and we noticed that SickNote was looking up the weather page on the BBC website. Everyone sniggered and pointed 'cept me:-

"SickNote, in case you're wondering, it's raining!"

I laughed :D
