I have been productive though, I got over to the local sorting office after work and mailed off my drivers licence to the DVLA. It's got to be amended because of the diabetes. I get a short term licence valid for 3 years and then it'll get reviewed if my condition changes. I may be able to get it changed again if I come off the insulin over the next few months, we'll see. Doesn't really have a major effect on me, it restricts my ability to drive mini-buses and lorries but that's it as far as I can tell.

I'm still hunting for replacement rear light units for my car. Really need to get that sorted as it's restricting where I'm willing to drive my car. May be able to get something this weekend, I remembered a car salvage place in Dunstable that my Dad used to use - it's still there! Will ring them tomorrow and flail at them :)
