First Henin is dumped out by Bartoli (damn that I couldn't see that match!!) and now Roddick is out, beaten in a corking match by Gasquet. Gasquet was two sets to love down at one point!!
Well slap me with a soused herring and call me Sheila.....
I think Williams is obviously due a Final win tomorrow. No way Bartoli does that again, just no way. And in a way, I'm sad, I like Henin and wanted her to win. But hey, I just hope we get a decent final. I'm not a huge fan of the Williams sisters but I definitely prefer Venus to Serena so if she wins, hey, good for her :) Hell, she was only the 23 seed at these Championships and no-one gave her a plugged nickel's chance of getting this far. Go her. But I do so hope Bartoli gives her a game. I know I'll have my heart broken tomorrow cos I always cheer for the underdog :P
As for the mens, well. It's criminal I had to be at work today, judging by the results. The Baghdatis v Djokovic match went on forever! (and Baghdatis lost, wah!) and the Roddick/Gasquet match wasn't much shorter. My bet for the final? Nadal v Federer. I had Roddick down to win this year so I could be wrong but yeh, think this draw now pretty much guarantees a great final between two great rivals :) Who do I want to win? I'm not saying, way the results are going for me this year, best not to jinx it :P
