John Spencer played Leo on The West Wing and was just superb. His sparring with Martin Sheen was a joy to watch and I loved what he brought to the character. He was responsible for one of the few scenes that have had me screaming at a fictional character on the TV (Bartlet for America 3-9: Leo: Gimme a taste of that (scotch)!" Me: NOOOOOO! LEO! DON'T DO IT! DON'T..! ARRGH!).

He is going to be deeply missed. *drinks a toast*
