Scribblings from the Mitchy Side

Officially on sick leave until next week; I've got until Monday after which I need a sick note. Feel like death warmed up today, probably because the colitis woke me up every hour from midnight until 7am. After that I got two whole hours sleep at a time!! Beh :P

Gonna call the doc's again later and run the whole "not sleeping" thing past them. My doc's away so I'll have to speak to another doc but that's ok, actually, I wouldn't mind a second, more experienced opinion. I wish the doc who specialised in gastro stuff hadn't retired *sighs* Oh well.

So what's new with you lovely people?

Heh, how about that, I just rang the doc's to get some dietary advice and it turns out I'm pretty much eating what I'm supposed to be eating already. Bland foods, nothing spicy, avoiding bread, meat, anything rich; yoghurt's good apparently and I've stocked up with that. I just bought what I craved :)

So, cookery types out there, can you help me plot some meals for the next few days?
